Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped by ANTRACEA from Germany or via our print-on-demand partner, depending on the product type.

 

• Shipping providers: DHL and UPS

• Shipping zones: Germany and EU countries, including Austria

• Shipping fee: €5.99

• Free shipping: Orders over €100 are eligible for free shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days

• Split shipments: Items may arrive in separate packages if your order includes both stock items and print-on-demand (POD) products.

 

Please note:

Orders containing POD items are produced and fulfilled by our print partner “Marketprint”. These may have slightly longer production times and are shipped directly from our partner.
